For quite awhile now I have had several saved searches on ebay related to my family name and locations they lived. I have still to find actual photos of family members, but I finally ran across something worth bidding on. I found and early 1900s photograph of St. James Episcopal church in Kingsessing, Philadelphia, PA. This is an actual photo post card that they used in this time period. William Sweeny and Catharine Roe were married at this location in the year 1840. Almost daily I see very old documents (deeds, wills, ect.) related to someones family. I will continue to monitor ebay hoping to find treasures related to my genealogy. Auctioneers have been using ebay as a resource to auction off goods that should stay in your family.
